General Terms and Conditions
1. General
Delivery will be made upon presentation of a copy of the business registration certificate or other appropriate proof of business status. Items not included in the delivery will not be automatically shipped at a later date unless they are explicitly listed on the invoice. Outstanding items will be included with the next order.
2. Prices
All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT. Prices are ex warehouse Munich. Shipping costs are charged according to actual expenses. FREE DELIVERY within Germany for orders with a net value of €500 or more. Should our suppliers change their prices during the year, or should our purchasing costs increase significantly due to substantial fluctuations in the US dollar exchange rate, we reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly.
3. Orders
The minimum order value for a first order is €50.00.
4. Shipping
All shipments are transported at the recipient's risk. Any damage incurred during transport must be confirmed by the transport company (freight forwarder or parcel service) immediately upon receipt of the goods. Otherwise, we cannot provide a replacement.
Shipping costs per parcel:
Germany up to 15 kg €6.90
Germany up to 30 kg €9.90
Austria up to 30 kg €17.90
All EU countries up to 30 kg €21.90
Switzerland up to 30 kg €29.90
5. Complaints
The recipient is obliged to check the packages immediately upon receipt for completeness and any damage incurred during transport. Goods may only be returned after prior consultation with us. We do not accept carriage-forward or unpaid shipments.
6. Payment
For first orders, we deliver against advance payment or direct debit with a 2% discount. Otherwise, the invoice amount must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date. We grant a 2% discount for payments by direct debit or advance payment. In the event of non-compliance with the payment terms, reminder fees will be charged from the second reminder onwards and are deemed accepted under these terms and conditions of delivery and business. Eight days after the third reminder, the matter will be forwarded to the collection agency appointed by us without any further request for payment.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
8. Place of Performance and Jurisdiction
The place of performance and jurisdiction is Munich.
