Shipping and Payment Terms

All shipments travel at the recipient’s risk. Transport damage must be confirmed immediately upon receipt of the goods by the transport company, whether freight forwarder or parcel service, otherwise we cannot provide compensation.

Germany up to 30 kg 9.90€
Austria up to 30 kg 17.90€

All EU countries up to 30 kg 21.90€

Switzerland up to 30 kg 29.90€

Complaints

The recipient is obliged to check the packages immediately upon receipt for completeness and transport damage. Returns are only possible after prior consultation with us. We do not accept unpaid shipments.

Payment

For an initial order, we deliver against advance payment or direct debit with a 2% discount. Otherwise, the invoice amount is payable within 14 days from the invoice date. We grant a 2% discount for direct debit or advance payment. In the event of non-compliance with the payment terms, reminder fees will be charged from the second reminder onward and are deemed accepted together with the delivery and business terms. Eight days after the third reminder, the matter will be transferred to the debt collection agency commissioned by us without further notice.
