General Terms and Conditions

1. General

Delivery occurs after presentation of a copy of the trade license or other relevant document. Items not included in the delivery will not necessarily be delivered later, unless they are mentioned explicitly on the invoice. Subsequent deliveries will be added to the next order.

2. Prices

All prices include VAT and are ex warehouse Munich. Shipping will be invoiced according to actual expenditure. Shipping is FREE inside Germany for orders larger than 500 Euros net. If our suppliers change their prices during the course of the year or purchasing prices increase significantly due to strong dollar fluctuation, we are forced to adjust our prices accordingly.

3. Orders

Minimum order volume for first-time orders is 50.00 Euros.

4. Shipping

All shipments are made at the recipient’s risk. Transport damages must be confirmed by the carrier (shipping company or parcel service) immediately after receipt of shipment. Otherwise we will not be able to replace the merchandise.

Shipping charges per package:

Germany - per package + VAT: up to 15 kg = €6.90 and up to 31 kg = €8.90

Austria – per package + VAT: up to 15 kg = €13.90 and up to 31 kg = €19.50

Switzerland – per package: up to 31 kg = €28.00

5. Complaints

The recipient is obligated to check packages for completeness and damage immediately upon receipt. Returns are permissible only if agreed to by us. We do not accept unpaid shipments.

6. Payment

In case of first-time orders we ship after advance payment or direct debit and apply a 2% discount. All other orders shall be paid 14 days after invoice. We apply a 2% discount for direct debit and advance payments. If the invoiced amount is not paid during the stipulated payment period, overdue fines shall be applied after the second reminder. You agree to this by agreeing to these terms and conditions. Eight days after the third reminder the issue will be referred to a collection agency without further notification.

7. Reservation of Title

The merchandise remains our property until payment has been made in full.

8. Jurisdiction

Jurisdiction shall be Munich in all cases.
